Data is presented as Cq-values. Dilution series of bacterial suspensions and logarithmic linear regression was used to convert Cq-values to number if bacteria per µl. Bacteria per µl was converted to bacteria per bee by back-calculations of sample dilutions. MIssing data due to failed analysis and negative results are represented by "-" in the data set.
