Each csv file is the raw data for one light treatment and all three bacteria. The output is in OmniLog values, which were measured as a colour change of tetrazolium blue due to respiration. Measurements for the dark treatment occurred every 15 min for 96 hours. For the other treatments manual measurements were taken every: 0, 6, 10, 24, 30, 48, 54, 72, and 96 h post inoculation (hpi).
