In Sweden all persons have the right to freely reside in and experience nature, regardless of who owns the land. We may also use nature on others’ land by picking berries and mushrooms and more. We can do all this under the “Right of Public Access”. When people visit, experience and use nature under the Right of Public Access, forests are the most common environment. This is the background of the survey. This investigation concerns the nature and forests in the southernmost part of the country - Skåne and Blekinge, and focuses especially on the economic value of forest recreation and related health effects.sv_SE
